          Save the forest resource The forest is a beautiful place. It is also home to four-limbed animals, birds, reptiles and various trees. The flowing streams make it even more beautiful. Therefore, the forest attracts the attention of everyone. Not only mango, copper, beach, etc., but also many other fruits such as madang, himbutu, the forest is noisy with monkeys jumping from branch to branch. Scattered footprints throughout the forest mark the passage of animals as well as humans.                      Siripa karunawa   Siripa karuna is a journey that all of us buddhist go on very wiwillingly. A ppassion that has been in my heart for a long time. Last December I was able to go there too. I went there with a friend of mine from kegalla. Five others friends joined me on this trip.          Siripadaya is one of the hhighest places rrevered by buddhists.this sseason the season started on the poya day which started on december 18. But we went before that.there are two roads  to get there and we went tha hatton side. We started our journey at night because we wanted to see sunrise.  We got dinner from a friend's house.                 My favorite cafes  I would like to tell you some words about one of my favorite cafes in Anuradhapura . It is a suitable place to sit with a Burger and Capaccuino😋& certainly it's a better place to spend spare time with our friends. This Urban Smokehouse is located Anuradhapura middle town and  near the main bus stand . The interior of this cafe helps to create a relaxed atmosphere. It is a small cafe which specializes in serving many kinds of Burgers, Desserts, Coffee, Beverages...etc with a small and simple dining room. I and my family members went there three times. It was an amazing day for all of us. Cafe menu was rather diverse. There were different types of Coffee there Espresso, Latte, Black coffee, and some others.             Healthy mind in a healthy body Well all desire to live a happy life in this world. There are many ways to makes one's, life happy. But the main thing to have a healthy mind and in a healthy body. What are then a healthy body and a healthy mind? Healthy body means not only the physical fitness. It is true that we should the nutritious food and do necessary exercises while being engaged by our routine work to have physical fitness.                 Trip to yahahuwa          Yapahuwa Kingdom was one of the ancient kingdoms of Ceylon. A recent trip to see it was a really special one. Because that was my first trip with my university friends. None of us had a chance to meet before because of the covid issue. Actually university friends saw it after this trip. Friends from different parts of Sri Lanka participated in this trip . Monaragala, Kegalle, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, Mahiyanganaya and Kantale are some of them. First we gathered at a friend's house in Kurunegala. That night we stayed there and left for Yapahu the next . friends who were nearby had prepared lunch for us. Later we all traveled to Yapahuwa Kingdom. We left again until the evening. It was truly an unforgettable fun trip.
